AI Communication Disclosure
This document is a working draft maintained by Qurashi LLC (d/b/a Dream It Online) and describes how AI is used in customer communication on our clients' behalf. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it. If any of the language below does not accurately describe your use of the service, contact us at hello@dreamitonline.com and we will make it right.
AI-assisted voice calls
Our AI receptionist may answer calls to businesses that use Dream It Online. Callers are greeted with the business name and, where required, informed that the assistant is automated. Callers can request to speak with a human at any time.
AI-assisted messaging
Some SMS and email responses are generated with AI assistance and reviewed by our systems before delivery. AI is used to draft, summarize, and route messages — humans remain accountable for the resulting communications.
Call recording and transcripts
Where legally permitted, we record calls to generate transcripts and summaries used to serve the business. Recording disclosures are provided in the AI greeting where required by state or local law. Recordings are stored securely and retained per the client's configuration.
Content generation
We use AI to accelerate content drafting, image generation, and scheduling. All output is reviewed against the client's brand, services, and approval settings before publication.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer interacting with an AI system operated on a client's behalf, you may request escalation to a human or opt out of automated communication at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, ending the call, or emailing hello@dreamitonline.com.
