Acceptable Use Policy
This document is a working draft maintained by Qurashi LLC (d/b/a Dream It Online) and describes what is and is not permitted when using Dream It Online. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it. Purpose
This policy protects our clients, their customers, and the integrity of the platforms we manage on their behalf.
You may not use the service to
Send unsolicited bulk communications; distribute malware or attempt to breach any system; publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or infringes intellectual-property rights; misrepresent the identity of your business or any individual; violate the terms of Google, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform we operate on your behalf; process protected data (PHI, PCI, etc.) without the appropriate agreements and safeguards in place.
Content approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, offers, and claims you provide to us. We may refuse to publish content that appears to violate this policy or platform rules.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate service for violations, and we cooperate with lawful requests from platforms and regulators. Willful or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Reporting abuse
Email abuse@dreamitonline.com with a description of the concern. We investigate every credible report.
